Cả nhà cho em hỏi xí: trắc quang xác định phosphate tổng bằng thuốc thử vanadomolybdate (từ hỗn hợp dd ammonium molybdate & dd ammonium vanadate + HNO3) với nồng độ phosphate trong khoảng 10^-3 M —> 10^-4 M thì phải pha tỉ lệ molybdate/vanadate là bao nhiêu ạ? Em đã thử làm theo 1 số bài báo phân tích phosphate bằng trắc quang với thuốc thử vanadomolybdate nhưng kết quả không như ý. Em nghĩ rằng tỉ lệ molybdate/vanadate trong mấy bài báo em tìm được là quá cao so với hàm lượng phosphate em cần phân tích vì em đã thử pha loãng thuốc thử ra và thấy kết quả khả quan hơn nhưng vấn đề gặp phải là nồng độ thích hợp của thuốc thử là bao nhiêu để sự tạo phức là hoàn toàn, đảm bảo không bỏ sót phosphate. chào bạn:tuongquan, phương pháp Molipdate có thêm muối NH4VO3 trong môi trường HNO3 là một phương pháp dùng xác định các mâũ thực phẩm, hay các mâũ khác có hàm lượng P tương đôí cao khoảng vài chụt ppm vơí độ chính xác cũng đủ chấp nhận thôi vì nhiêủ nguyên nhân như ảnh hưởng thuốc thử cùng màu vàng vơí phức, … vơí hàm lượng thuốc thử dư, nên vì có sai số và độ nhạy tương đôí nên chỉ dùng xác định các mâũ có hàm lượng P cao thôi:24h_016::24h_016:, nêú hàm lượng P thấp thì bạn nên chọn phương pháp có độ nhạy và dộ chính xác cao hơn như phương pháp xanh molipden vơí các chất khử như acid ascorbit, SnCL2, …như thế sẽ tốt hơn. còn nêú là dùng phương pháp Vanadomolipdophotphate thì pha thuốt thử theo tỉ lệ: 25g muôí Molipdate pha vơí 250 ml H2O cất nung ấm cho tan hết sau đó định mức thành 500ml. (dd1) 2.5g muôí Vanadium hòa tan trong nước sôi cho vào bình mức 500ml làm nguôị + 10 ml HNO3 (65%) định mức.(dd2) acid loãng: 2 thể tích nước + 1 thể tích HNO3 (65%) (dd3) thuốc thử được pha theo tỉ lệ: 1 V (dd1) + 1 V(dd2) + 1V (dd3). chút bạn làm tốt.
