Chào các bạn và các anh chị trong diễn đàn! Mình có một vấn đề muốn hỏi mọi người là: Khi nhìn vào một sắc đồ thể hiện chiều cao pic (hoặc diện tích pic ) theo thời gian lưu của chất thì ta có thể đánh giá được khả năng tách cuả cột. Ví dụ như: khả năng tách của cột sẽ là cao hơn khi khoảng thời gian lưu của mỗi chất có sự khác biệt hơn, các pic thu được sắc nhọn hơn, tách rời nhau và không bị xen phủ nhau. Điều này thì ai cũng biết. Nhưng mình muốn hỏi thêm là nếu dựa vào sắc đồ thì ta còn có thể tính toán được các đại lượng nào khác để đánh giá khả năng tách các chất của cột? Vấn đề này mình không nắm chắc lắm. Bạn nào biết thì giải đáp giúp mình nhé! Xin cảm ơn trước!

Bạn đang làm trong lĩnh vực gì, ở đâu?, Rất muốn tư vấn giúp bạn.

Hiện tại các phần mềm của các hãng đều cho phép tính toán và báo cáo rất rất nhiều thông số đối với một file.dat thu nhận dược. tuy nhiên phải khai báo vào bảng báo cáo (trong report) những thông số gì cần báo cáo ra. khi cài đặt các kỹ sơ chỉ đặtnhững thông số cơ bản thôi.

dựa vào sắc ký đồ chúng ta có thể tính được hệ số phân giải R. hệ số này sẽ cho chúng ta biết khả năng tách chất của cột sắc ký với hệ pha động đang sử dụng.

Các phần mềm của Shimadzu, Agilent, Thermo đều có, khoảng vài chục hạng mục báo cáo nếu yêu cầu, đa phần khi cài đặt thường ở chế độ chuẩn nên chỉ có một vài thông số như ID pic, tR, diện tích, tỷ lệ phàntrăn diện tích, tên pic, nồng độ… Tìm ở phần thiết lập báo cáo.
